Each class is allocated an adviser, who will be an academic member of staff from within the department. Students can discuss with their class advisers about the problems, either personal or academic, and advisers will offer advice and support. Class advisers also monitor students' performance, so that they can address any problems quickly.


The Department’s Counseling Service provides individual and confidential help to the students. Headed by a faculty, this Counseling Service helps students to overcome any personal problem that may affect their work or well-being. The counseling is entirely confidential and counselors are trained to find the best way to help out the students to come out  their problem via collaborative and sensitive discussion.


The College has a WiFi learning environment. This facility help the students to get  online  material developed by the lecturers, download papers and take online tests, or access relevant audio and video material.
